Your order will be shipped in discreet, neutral-colored poly mailers or plain boxes—no flashy packaging, just reliable delivery. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, not at this time. However, we are actively working with our international shipping partners to explore this option and hope to make it available in the near future. In the meantime, feel free to send us an email, and depending on your order, we may be able to arrange a shipping solution for you. We’re always happy to help!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping, but if you have an urgent request, feel free to send us an email—we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

How will my order show on my billing statment and shipping label?
For added privacy, your billing statement and shipping label will simply show “PSC LLC”. We’ve got you covered.
